PSYCHOSEXUAL THERAPY

Psychosexual therapy, or sex therapy, helps clients with sexual difficulties through talking therapy.

I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore issues affecting sexual intimacy, offering practical advice.

During the initial consultation, I gather personal, family, medical, and sexual history to understand the problem. I may suggest seeing a doctor for medical issues.

My approach considers biological, psychological, and sociological factors, with tailored treatment.

Therapy includes psycho-education, addressing shame, and practical homework.

We explore the therapeutic meaning behind sexual issues, often linked to relationship problems.

No undressing is required, and homework is done privately at home.
