Why Work With a Specialist?

Specialized support for personal concerns.

Many therapists receive little to no formal training in human sexuality. These topics are often complex, deeply personal, and influenced by biological, psychological, relational, and social factors.

For more than 15 years, I have worked in sexual health and psychotherapy settings, supporting individuals and partnerships through some of life's most sensitive challenges.

My approach combines evidence-based therapy, practical education, and thoughtful exploration to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and create meaningful change.

How I Can Help

Every person and relationship is unique. My services are designed to provide specialized support while recognizing the broader context of your life, relationships, identity, and wellbeing.

    Sex Therapy

Sex therapy supports individuals and partnerships experiencing sexual difficulties that are causing distress. Together, we can explore concerns related to desire, arousal, orgasm, pain, sexual trauma, and sexual wellbeing.

    Relationship Therapy

Relationship therapy provides support for communication challenges, conflict resolution, breaches of trust, life transitions, and strengthening connection. Whether you're seeking support as an individual or as part of a relationship, therapy can offer a space for exploration and change.

    Sexual Health Support

With my background in sexual health, I provide support for the emotional impact of sexual health concerns and diagnoses. My goal is to help you better understand your experience while offering education, guidance, and practical support.
