Sexual Health Support

A sexual health diagnosis, or even just a worry that hasn't been checked out yet, can sit heavier than people expect. Your doctor can treat the medical side. This is a space for everything else.

What is sexual health support?

While your family doctor can help with the medical side of your sexual health, it's been my experience that the emotional impact often goes unaddressed.

I have many years of experience working in sexual and reproductive health for the British National Health Service (NHS) and the largest HIV and sexual health charity in the UK, including as a Sexual Health Adviser and Specialist Sexual Health and HIV Counsellor, delivering new diagnoses of STIs including HIV and Hepatitis and providing support, education, and information.

If you're worrying about any aspect of your sexual health, this is a safe, non-judgmental space to talk it through.

Who this is for

Anyone looking for support or information about any aspect of sexual health, whether you're processing a recent diagnosis, living with a long-term condition, or simply have questions you haven't known who to ask.

You don't need to have it figured out first

You don't need the right medical vocabulary, a clear diagnosis, or even certainty about what's wrong to reach out. If something about your sexual health is on your mind, that's reason enough to talk about it.
